I'm going to talk about my favorite food, natto!
I eat it two packs every day, breakfast and dinner. Actually, I sometimes eat it for a snack.
I usually eat it with rice, but it can be prepared in many ways. Now, I'll introduce one of them!
★☆fried rice with natto☆★
It's very easy to cook. First, cook your original fried rice as usual. Then, add a pack of natto and mix it well on heating.
★☆natto gyoza☆★
It' also easy to cook. After wrapping natto with the skin of gyoza, fry in oil. Then, sprinkle salt on it.
Some people often say that they don't like natto because of its smell and stikiness.
But I'm pretty sure that those people will like it if they try this cooking method.
Natto is very delicious and good for our health.
Mr. Tomei recommended to eat natto with mentaiko last class, so I want to try it some day.
